Frequent questions asked by our clients
  • Can I book a treatment on the day?

    We always recommend booking treatments in advance to any avoid disappointment. There are however, sometimes cancellations. So please do feel free to contact us.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    A minimum spend of £30.00 is required for all bookings.

  • Do you have travel cost?

    Travel fee will be applied if over 10mile from Sheffield City Centre.

  • Is there a minimum age?

    Yes the minimum age is 16.

  • What do I wear during the treatment?

    Certain treatments such as massages or spray tans require you to wear just your own underwear. Alternatively we can provide disposable underwear.

  • Medical Conditions

    If you have had or are suffering from severe allergies, ill health, a particular medical condition or are pregnant, we advise you to speak to your GP prior to making a booking. In some instances we may require written confirmation from your doctor. If you have any of the following medical conditions please contact us before booking your appointment to make sure the treatment is suitable for you.

    Heart problems

    High Fever

    High or low blood pressure

    Metal pins/plates

    Pregnancy

    Recent Broken Bones

  • How long will my bridal quote last for?

    Bridal quotes when emailed to clients there wedding date will be held Provisionally for 14 days  then will expire and their wedding date will be reopened to other brides if no responds or booking is made. 

  • How do I make payments for my treatments?

    We accept the following payment methods. Payment must be made before all treatments or on the day of treatment.


    Bank Transfer/Credit/Debit Card/ Cash/ Vouchers. Cheques are not accepted.

  • What if am pregnant?

    Certain treatments cannot be carried out on pregnant ladies such as non-surgical procedures, certain facials and specific massages so it’s best for you to call us to book your treatments and we can discuss what is safe for you. Other treatments are available to you, as long as you have confirmation from your GP or Midwife. 


    You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to have a facial or pregnancy massage, and you will need to give us a letter from your midwife/doctor confirming that it is safe for you to receive these beauty treatments. 

  • I bought a course of treatments is there any expiry date of the course?

    All treatment courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and any courses which have not been used within 12 months will be void. All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments can be rescheduled once informed of the missed appointment. 

  • Do gift vouchers expire?

    Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 

​All treatments booked are subject to medical status. We reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of the client.
  • Is a patch test required?

    A patch test is required 24 hours before any eye treatment such as eyebrow tinting. Another patch test will be needed to be repeated after 6 months.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    Please cancel your appointment 24 hours before the time of your treatment. Please contact us via telephone, email or text message (SMS). If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your deposit as this is non-refundable. 

  • How do I make payments for my treatments?

  • Do I need to provide anything if I have treatment in my home?

    No – you do not need to provide anything. We will bring everything that is required. All you need to do is to ensure that you have a downstairs room which is large enough to accommodate a massage couch, a small table and enough space around the equipment for the me to move freely. The room must also be warm enough for you to be comfortable. Usually a lounge will be of the appropriate size to carry out a treatment
