A minimum spend of £30.00 is required for all bookings.

Yes the minimum age is 16.
Certain treatments such as massages or spray tans require you to wear just your own underwear. Alternatively we can provide disposable underwear.
If you have had or are suffering from severe allergies, ill health, a particular medical condition or are pregnant, we advise you to speak to your GP prior to making a booking. In some instances we may require written confirmation from your doctor. Bridal quotes when emailed to clients there wedding date will be held Provisionally for 14 days then will expire and their wedding date will be reopened to other brides if no responds or booking is made.

Certain treatments cannot be carried out on pregnant ladies such as non-surgical procedures, certain facials and specific massages so it’s best for you to call us to book your treatments and we can discuss what is safe for you. Other treatments are available to you, as long as you have confirmation from your GP or Midwife.
You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to have a facial or pregnancy massage, and you will need to give us a letter from your midwife/doctor confirming that it is safe for you to receive these beauty treatments.
All treatment courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and any courses which have not been used within 12 months will be void. All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments can be rescheduled once informed of the missed appointment.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
A patch test is required 24 hours before any eye treatment such as eyebrow tinting. Another patch test will be needed to be repeated after 6 months.
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours before the time of your treatment. Please contact us via telephone, email or text message (SMS). If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your deposit as this is non-refundable.

No – you do not need to provide anything. We will bring everything that is required. All you need to do is to ensure that you have a downstairs room which is large enough to accommodate a massage couch, a small table and enough space around the equipment for the me to move freely. The room must also be warm enough for you to be comfortable. Usually a lounge will be of the appropriate size to carry out a treatment
